EquipNote is a maintenance tracking application that allows users to log maintenance activities, track equipment and vehicles, set reminders, and generate reports. The Service is provided through a web application and may include mobile access.

3. Account Types and Subscription Plans

3.1 Free Account

• Log maintenance activities
• Set up to 1 upcoming email reminder
• Generate basic reports and exports
• Manage 1 piece of equipment or vehicle
• Access to email support

3.2 Premium Account

• All features included in Free account
• Service predictions and advanced analytics
• Up to 20 equipment and vehicles
• Unlimited reminders
• Import maintenance logs from files
• Advanced reports and cost analysis
• Priority customer support

3.3 Ultimate Account

• All features included in Premium account
• Unlimited equipment and vehicles
• Share vehicle logs via link or QR code
• Team collaboration (invite team members)
• Custom branding (white-label options)
• Bulk operations (bulk import/export)
• Advanced security (audit logs)
• Dedicated support

3.4 Subscription Terms

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused periods
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• You must not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Data and Privacy

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service
